    Suitable for wrapping various surface materials and irregular substrates, it achieves excellent bonding strength with minimal adhesive application on MDF, PB, wood-plastic composites, and aluminum profiles.

Product Details

PUR coating hot melt adhesive primarily consists of end-isocyanate polyurethane prepolymers. The adhesion and toughness (elasticity) of PUR can be adjusted, offering excellent bonding strength, temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and aging resistance.
Suitable for covering decorative materials such as PVC and PP/PET films under 0.2mm, veneers under 0.35mm, plain paper, and coated paper. Also applicable for covering processes on profiles and moldings including MDF, solid wood, aluminum alloy, PVC, wood-plastic composites, and coated clay.
