    For edge banding on irregular shapes. Excellent edge banding strength with superior flow properties, minimal adhesive consumption, virtually no glue lines, and a clean, mark-free board surface.
    Suitable for edge banding materials: Solid wood, wood veneer, melamine, PVC, acrylic, ABS, and various other materials.

Product Details

EVA hot melt adhesive is a solvent-free, water-free, 100% solid, meltable polymer. It exists as a solid at room temperature and transforms into a flowable, viscous liquid adhesive when heated to a certain temperature. When melted, it appears as a light brown translucent substance or a natural white color. The primary component of hot melt adhesive, its base resin, is formed by the copolymerization of ethylene and vinyl acetate under high pressure. This base resin is then blended with tackifiers, viscosity modifiers, antioxidants, and other additives to produce the final hot melt adhesive formulation.
